Return Policy

We understand if something doesn’t fit or it’s not what you thought it would be.

Our 30-day window: We accept returns up to 30 days from the day you received your item.

New condition: To qualify for a full refund, your item(s) must be unworn/unused, free of odors, unwashed and stain-free. The original tags must still be on the item(s) and are to be returned with the original packaging intact.

Defective product: If you received a damaged/defective product or the wrong item was sent, you must notify us within 7 days to be eligible for a return. We will then email you a pre-paid shipping label for your return.

Return fees: You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. Returns should be shipped with tracking information and insurance, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.

How to Return Your Item(s):

1 – Email us at info@hgbuys.com to tell us about your return. We will reply with a return authorization document for you to print out.

2 – Package your items carefully and include the printed return authorization that was emailed to you, as well as the packing list that came with your order. 

3 - Please send your return with a carrier that offers tracking such as FedEx, DHL or USPS. We suggest our affiliated shipping company, DLVRD.com (800-514-0536.) If you use DLVRD, mention it is a return for HelloGoodBuys to get a preferred rate.

Returns should be shipped with tracking information and insurance, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.

5 – Once we receive your item(s), we will process the return within 2 – 3 business days. After our warehouse has verified the item(s) are in new condition, we will issue a refund and contact you by email.

Non-Refundable: Any item(s) that do not meet our conditions will be rejected and will not be refunded. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must tell us before you submit your return to be eligible for a refund.
